Timothy Carl Dowdal, 19, of Bonita Springs, is is facing three counts of fraud, one count of grand theft of more than $10,000 and one count of dealing in stolen property -- not to mentiion one very disappointed mother -- after being accused of stealing his mom's jewelry and pawning it at a local pawn shop, reports The News-Press in Fort Myers.
